These Terms govern your access to and use of the ShareDos platform, website, applications, and related services.

Welcome to ShareDos. By creating an account or using ShareDos, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. About ShareDos

ShareDos is a platform that allows users to:

ShareDos acts solely as a technology platform connecting users and does not guarantee campaign performance, audience engagement, or revenue.

2. Eligibility

To use ShareDos, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have authorization from a parent or legal guardian
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. User Accounts

Users may create an account directly or through supported third-party authentication providers such as TikTok.

You are responsible for:

ShareDos is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok.

Users remain fully responsible for complying with TikTok's terms, community guidelines, and policies.

ShareDos only accesses data that is authorized by the user and permitted by TikTok APIs.

5. User Content

Users may upload, publish, or reference content including:

  • Images
  • Posts
  • Captions
  • Campaign descriptions
  • Links
  • Social media publications

You retain ownership of your content.

By submitting content to ShareDos, you grant ShareDos a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, process, reproduce, and distribute such content solely for operating and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own the content or have the necessary rights to use it
  • The content does not infringe third-party rights
  • The content complies with applicable laws and platform policies

6. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Post illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Use bots, fake engagement systems, or automated abuse
  • Attempt to manipulate compensation systems fraudulently
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
  • Upload malware or harmful code
  • Use ShareDos for unlawful advertising or spam

ShareDos reserves the right to investigate violations and take appropriate action.

7. Compensation and Payments

Certain activities on ShareDos may allow users to receive payments, rewards, or compensation.

ShareDos may define:

Payments may be delayed, suspended, or canceled in cases of:

ShareDos does not guarantee a minimum amount of earnings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShareDos and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Loss of profits
  • Data loss
  • Business interruption
  • Reputation damage
  • Unauthorized account access

In all cases, ShareDos' total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to ShareDos during the previous twelve (12) months.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ShareDos, its officers, affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
